At ExitFlow we do not take any upfront fees. We have fixed commission rates based on the selling price of your brand which will be quoted on the valuation call. Then we will proceed with the broker agreement contract stating exclusivity, our commission and the selling price.

Escrow holds the payment until all transaction terms are met. Once the buyer has received and accepted the store transfer, you’ll receive your funds directly and our commission is paid simultaneously.
