Frequently Asked Questions

Detailed answers to the most frequently asked questions we get.
How are opportunities accessed?
Investment opportunities are shared following an initial discussion to understand your acquisition criteria. Once aligned, relevant businesses are presented directly, along with supporting information to allow for an informed review.
What types of brands are available?
Opportunities typically include established ecommerce businesses across Shopify and DTC models. Businesses vary by size, operational complexity and traffic mix and are presented based on alignment with your stated criteria.
Who are the sellers?
Sellers are typically ecommerce founders who have built their business and are now considering an exit. Many have scaled brands through paid content or organic marketing and are looking to realise value after building the business from scratch.
What is the acquisition process?
Once a business has been selected, we manage the transaction process from offer through completion. This includes coordinating documentation, timelines and communication between all parties through to close.
